Mionetto? NV Prosecco Brut is a solid, reliable offering with good varietal character and balance. Still, it would be nice to see this large house make more ambitious wines. I recently saw Mionetto? Prosecco being poured in one of Manhattan? most fashionable hotel bars and couldn? help thinking that Prosecco can be so much more. If the region? top producers are truly serious about protecting the integrity of the Prosecco brand, the first place to start is by putting a higher quality product in the bottle. This is Lot: L10099. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2011.
