Wonderfully complex aromas of fig, plum, cherry and ripe berry join subtle hints of cassis and vanilla, cocoa nibs and cola join complex aromatic notes of lavender and cloves. This wine is full-bodied with smooth tannins that give way to a lingering, silky finish with a slight touch of cinnamon.

Being both full-bodied and elegant, the 2012 Six Ridges Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent accompaniment to richly flavored food such as roast lamb, slow cooked barbecue ribs or Italian beef stew.

Blend: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot
