The sweet edge to this sparkler makes it quite attractive and a pleasant alternative to the more common dry styles typically served today. The nose offers notes of toast, apple skins and pineapple core while the mouth shows riper flavors of peaches and cream and a hint of honey. Overall, a fun and well-balanced semi-sweet sparkler.

A blend of 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir, the NV Bliss Demi Sec seems fresh and lively on the nose at first glance, but it seems to be disjointed on the palate. The sweetness seems artificial and stands apart from the acidity. With almost 38 grams per liter of residual sugar, the wine just doesn? have a connected palate flow. It has an entry-level and slightly clunky finish. It is a wine for here and now. Fresher is better, so drink 'em if you got 'em! 52,700 bottles were made.
