The 2015 Rheingau Riesling Trocken Junge Reben offers a lucid and fresh, but also super ripe Riesling flavors intertwined with lemon and stony flavors. Nice purity. The wine is medium-bodied and lush, but also has a vitally crisp acidity. This earlier-picked Riesling from younger vines (mainly in Lorch) is a nice mix of sweet fruit ripeness, stony flavors and piquant salinity. This is a really refreshing and stimulating Rheingau classic.
