Lightly herbaceous with hints of pear and apple. Go od acidity and a medium-dry finish.

"This sake is classified as a Tokubetsu Junmai-shu, meaning it is ‘special’ as the rice is milled to 60%, which is 10% more than a traditional Junmai-shu. Slowly fermented at low temperatures in small batches, Haiku Premium Select is crisp and refreshing.

Style: Lightly herbaceous with hints of pear and apple. Good acidity and a medium-dry finish.

Pairing Notes: Serve with dishes that are lighter in flavor, such as lean chicken dishes, light fish, sashimi, ceviche and shell fish.

Serving Suggestions: Enjoyed chilled, at room temperature or in a delicious Haiku cocktail.
