First brewed in 2009, Daisy Cutter Pale Ale has been the foundation for the Half Acre House of Pale Ale fever ever since. The judicious use of Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe, and Amarillo provides aromas of blended pine, citrus, papaya and mango. While hops are forefront, the use of specialty malts provide balance and an obscenely dry finish.
